What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and service address; details about your HVAC equipment and the work we do; and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To schedule and perform service and keep a history of your equipment.
• To bill your membership and track your repair credit.
• To send service reminders, receipts and account notices.

Who we share it with

Only providers that help us run the service (payments, email delivery, hosting), under contract, and only as needed. We don’t sell your information.

Your choices

You can update your details in your account, or ask us to delete your account and data at hello@bluenortherair.com. We keep billing records as long as the law requires.
